One for your mind, one for your body, one for your goals. Three weeks of keeping them, with a crew doing it right alongside you.
Sound familiar?
You don't need another overhaul. You need three small promises you actually keep, long enough to prove to yourself that you're someone who follows through. That's what the next 21 days are for.
The three commitments
Feed your brain something that helps you grow. A book, a podcast, a lecture, a course. Pick it on day one and give it a little time every day.
Example: 10 pages of a book before bed
Walking a step count, a workout program, running, the gym. You decide at the start exactly what counts, then show up for it and check in.
Example: 8,000 steps a day
Name one goal you've been putting off. Then pick a daily action toward it, no matter how small. Small and done beats big and someday.
Example: 15 minutes on my side business
Four live calls
We kick off together, then regroup at the end of every week to celebrate wins, troubleshoot what's hard, and reset for the next seven days.
Kickoff is Sunday morning, and the replay stays up for the rest of the day. Weekly check-ins are Sunday evenings, with replays emailed within 24 hours.
What's included
Same supportive energy, three times the momentum, and room for every part of you, not just your step count.

Your coach
For 12 years I've worked as a prosthetist orthotist, helping people rebuild their confidence one small, steady step at a time. I've seen up close that change doesn't come from a perfect plan. It comes from doing what you said you'd do, again and again.
I built this challenge for the woman who's tired of starting over. Give me 21 days and I'll help you prove you're not.
Kickoff Sunday, Nov 29. Day 1 Monday, Nov 30. Finish line Sunday, Dec 20.
